2003 burgundies in bottle – how do they look?

Here are a few dozen burgundies tasted recently. The majority were tasted this week in London, a collection of mainly 2003s now that they are in bottle plus some early 2004 whites assembled by Anthony Hanson’s company Haynes Hanson & Clark. Most, though not all, of the rest were tasted chez Farr Vintners last July, an assortment of white burgundies put together to compare with the Chardonnays of New Zealand producer Kumeu River made by Master of Wine, and purple pager.
