2010 Burgundy harvest underway

21 Sep Some machine-harvesting was underway already in Chablis yesterday, mainly for Petit Chablis. I saw a number of different vignerons and opinions were very much split between harvesting now with variable maturity or waiting, with the risks involved with the next spate of poor weather forecast for next weekend... Some are still talking about end September, beginning October...
