Asked by Purple Pager Kent Lewis about comments on top New Zealand wines in the latest issue of Wine Spectator (see your turn), I got completely distracted by that patronising article on Women and Wine in the California wine business in the latest issue to hit my doorstep here in the UK on 15 November.
