Araldica Barbera d'Asti Superiore 'Rive' 2001 17.5 Drink 2004-2006
Deep crimson. Dense, persuasive nose. Good balance of very ripe fruit and a good future.
Braida Barbera d'Asti 'Bricco della Bigotta' 1999 17 Drink 2003-2006
Lively. Not especially deep. Strange oak notes on the nose. Lots of fruit in a tight corset. Real savour and chew, though far from a blockbuster.
