Bordeaux 2007 in bottle

As you can see from the picture, Julia and I devoted most of last Tuesday to tasting our way round the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux's annual London showing of their latest vintage to go into bottle, in this case well over 100 examples of the unloved, overpriced 2007s. These adjectives, I should rapidly point out, apply only to the reds. The dry whites are superior and the sweet white wines are quite stunning.
