We've been writing about Mark Haisma's adventures as a négociant in Burgundy for 10 years now, ever since this article illustrated by an incredibly youthful-looking Haisma. In that time I have visited what feels like six different premises of his to taste the latest vintage but he is now properly installed in his own winery next to Laurent Ponsot's in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux...
