Chile is ‘All Ways Surprising’ according to the slightly clunky marketeers of ProChile, the government body promoting Chilean exports. Their wines, meanwhile, are ‘the natural choice’ according to the UK body Wines of Chile, who eagerly quote Steven Spurrier eulogising that Chile is “the most exciting wine producing country in the New World”.
