On discovering that Tim Jackson MW joined the JancisRobinson.com team, I became interested in his profile. Whenever there is a new addition to the team, I get happy. I can't avoid it. Looking at some articles he wrote, I came across an article on his blog in which he named his top five unusual white varieties, which were, in this order: Godello, Assyrtiko, Nascetta, Viognier and Grüner Veltliner.
