On Wednesday I published tasting notes on more than 320 German 2008s, promising to supplement them with at least one more tranche and probably more. Below are my 50-odd tasting notes from Howard Ripley’s presentation of the 2008 German vintage, where I was particularly impressed by the wines produced by Barbara and Johannes Selbach-Oster shown here.
