How to spot fake capsules

As you may imagine, I have amassed far more material on the subject of wine fraud than worked its way past the FT’s lawyers for publication here last Saturday. I was a bit alarmed that on the front page, the FT promised that my article told you “how to spot a wine fraud” when I don’t really think it did. Here anyway is one small clue.
