We hope we don't have to remind you of the potential of Portuguese table wines and grape varieties. Here is yet more proof.
I am the grateful recipient of many samples of Portuguese wines, some from producers who regularly send me new vintages, including Quinta do Vallado and Quinta do Crasto in the Douro, and some from others I was not even aware of such as Freire Lobo in the Dão region and Monte Bluna in the Arruda DOP north of Lisbon.
