Playing it cool in Victoria
After providing us with all those great book reviews, and marshalling our Burgundy 2017 tasting notes, Tam has at last found time to file a first report on her prejudice-battering visit to Australia last October described here. The main focus of her trip was organic, biodynamic and environmentally sustainable producers.
