In Britain there is increasing excitement among traders and lovers of fine wine at the looming changes to the UK tax system whereby from apr 06 Brits are to be allowed to invest in a much wider range of commodities, including fine wine, fine art and property, as part of their self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs).
