There are some thrilling wines here, but most of them are white. Above, Riesling and Grüner Veltliner vineyards Achleiten and Klaus.
Nothing much connects the producers whose current releases are described here except their nationality. I can’t tell you how much of a fan of Austrian wine I am, and how grateful I was to taste these wines – even if Paula Sidore and Julia Harding MW also cover Austria for JancisRobinson.com.
