Long-standing readers of JancisRobinson.com should need no introduction to the Tolpuddle vineyard in Tasmania’s Coal River Valley. We published the story about who planted it and how cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith MW of Shaw + Smith came to acquire it back in 2011.
