2019s from Bichot and Chanson

I haven't always been a huge fan of Bichot wines but these 2019s seemed to have acquired an unexpected level of delicacy and freshness. Technical director continues to be Alain Serveau (pictured above by Flore Deronzier) so I don't know what the explanation is but I congratulate him, with the caveat of course that the majority of the wines Bichot chose to send were their domaine wines, those of which they are presumably most proud.
