On 24 January we finally had a chance to enjoy the first comprehensive tasting of Australian wines in the UK after a gap of some years due to the pandemic. Over 700 wines from 200 producers were on show at the annual Australia Trade Tasting. Issues with transport meant I arrived late and spent the day chasing my tail, yet I managed to taste a wide array of wines.
