Excellent traditional-method fizz from a producer spared the devastation of Serra Gaúcha earlier this year but fully committed to helping rebuild their community.
At the end of April, Brazil’s southernmost state Rio Grande do Sul, including the country’s most significant wine region of Serra Gaúcha, was hit by torrential rain leading to severe flooding in the days following, as Sam reported in her Wine news in 5, with an update a week later.
