Highly respected Western Australian Dr John Gladstones AM recently published his latest book, Wine, Terroir and Climate Change, to huge acclaim from his fellow Australians. Below is evidence that its lessons are relevant far beyond Australia. Brian Croser (left) of Tapanappa in Australia and Argyle in Oregon presents 'a reordering of some of Gladstones' hypotheses and thoughts so that they present a practical series of viticultural explanations and choices' to help explain things to the Chileans to whom Croser consults.
