Current Barolo and Barbaresco

As promised on the forum (initially in this thread) here are my notes from a blind tasting of Piemontese reds for British Airways. We will be publishing more notes specifically on 2004 Barolos in a month or two since these are such hot items although, as you will see below, BA certainly weren’t sent the cream of the crop when they put out this particular tender. (Look out for more notes on grander Barolo 2004s to follow, as promised here).
