Cyril Brun joins Ferrari Trento

Ferrari Trento, which produces seven million bottles of TrentoDOC classic-method sparkling wines in the alpine north of Italy, has appointed Cyril Brun as its new director following the retirement of oenologist and technical director Ruben Larentis, who joined Ferrari in 1986.
Brun, who hails from the grand-cru village of Aÿ in Champagne where his family are grape-growers, will move to Trentino after having been chef de cave at Charles...
