Tasting notes on all 2003 Germans of any significance that I have tasted so far appear below and in Part II and Part III with scores out of 20 and approximate likely drinking dates. German Rieslings in general have one of the longest lives of any white wine style, although one cannot help wondering whether these 2003s with their lower-than-average acid levels will last as long as usual.
