Galicia is one of the most active wine regions within Spain. The number of wineries is booming, small projects are flourishing, and ambitious grape growers continue to start producing and labelling their own wines. To be honest, there is such a shake-up in the region that I even get confused and find it difficult to keep my information up to date.
