Since so many bordeaux lovers are in an Haut-Brion mood at the moment, lusting in my case anyway over all the wines produced in the Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion stable in 2005, I thought this might be a good time to publish the notes I took at an Haut-Brion tasting and dinner at the end of last year organised by Goedhuis & Co attended by Prince Robert de Luxembourg.
