I strongly urge you to take advantage of the revolution in white winemaking in Bordeaux. I know I have said the same about Rhône whites but that doesn’t make it any less true of Bordeaux. If only there were a similar revolution in Burgundy...
See this set of about 40 tasting notes taken when tasting white bordeaux blind for British Airways first class at the end of last year. Mind you, I’m publishing the notes at a good time to drink these wines in the northern hemisphere but on a day that BA has announced an 88% fall in profits...
