Not many professional tastings but an unusual number of lunches.
For logistical reasons I have to finish my diary a bit before the end of each month. A highlight of the period since I finished my November diary was this old wine dinner at the end of November during which eight of us tried a range of 20th-century wines, including two that were more than 100 years old. A couple of weeks later we had another dinner with its instigator, François Feuillat. It was a totally vegetarian meal but the dishes stood up well to Comtes de Champagne 2009,...
