We got back from our family holiday on Corfu just in time for the start of the month and a fine dinner at Harry’s Bar in London, where Maurizio Zanella of Ca’ del Bosco in Franciacorta launched the 1980(!) vintage of his top cuvée, Annamaria Clementi RS, the product of a full 42 years’ ageing on lees in bottle under cork, not crown cap.
