Here at last is our long-trailed collection of tasting notes on the vast twin wine regions of Languedoc and Roussillon. Although it includes notes on almost 400 different wines, it is just a snapshot of some of the more interesting wines to have come our way from this enormous and beautiful area. Much of the wine output of Sud de France, as it has now been rebranded, is still pretty ordinary stuff. They are infinitely better, admittedly, than the thin vin de table...
