Movements in the French vineyard property market

It has become quite fashionable for outsiders to invest in French vineyards as I reported earlier in the year with reference to Vignobles Investissments of Montpellier (whose Adam Dakin introduced himself to me in Carcassonne airport this summer while waiting for another hopeful investor).
These guys are good at blowing their own trumpets and here's a more recent report from one of their competitors Vinea Transaction (details below). I certainly don't buy everything they say. As we know from the fine wine market and some of the charlatans on the fringe of it, it's all too easy to pick out...
