Penfolds' Bin 389 vs Grange

Bin 389, first produced by Max Schubert in 1960, has been variously described as ‘baby Grange’ or the more offensive ‘poor-man’s Grange’. It’s certainly a lot less expensive than Grange but I don’t think either description is appropriate and the reason is in the blend.
