You wait ages for Penfolds wines, and then they all come along... numbered like London buses. Bin 150, from Chigwell Row to Becontree Heath. Bin 138 from Coney Hall to Bromley. Bin 169 from Clayhall to Barking.
It doesn't end there. Both Penfolds wines and London buses tend to be big and red. Both are available to the masses. Both are getting much more environmentally friendly these days. And both make headlines when their prices go up.
However, when drinking wine, the journey is far more important than the destination. Rarely is that true for London bus travel.
