The 2007 vintage saw a new project and wine, PSI, not really an acronym for Peter Sisseck, but the 23rd letter of the Greek alphabet. In fact the wine is called Ψ PSI, and it is a wine that retails for around €25-30. Pingus sells for €600, and Flor for around €75, so that's quite a change.
