Julia writes Although we try not to focus your attention on scores, in this instance I cannot resist doing so. Just look at the number of high marks in this assemblage, especially but not exclusively in the final section on naturally sweet wines, and although some are quite expensive, many are remarkably cheap in relation to the work involved in making them and the intense pleasures they afford. Even more reason to try more sweet wines, both fortified and not.
