Two new ways of selling wine

Two new retail ventures were launched last week, on opposite sides of the globe, both of which offer new approaches to selling wine.
In Fulham, south-west London, Vagabond Wines opened its doors with a unique proposition: one hundred wines on sale, all of which are available to taste, all the time. They utilise specialist dispensers, the likes of which are an ever more common sight in London’s wine bars and shops. These particular ones are not made by Enomatic, but by By The Glass, who installed bespoke cabinets for them, as pictured below.
