Gigondas didn’t quite hit the highs seen in 2019, though this impression might be due in part to my not having the time in my packed schedule to taste the numerous Cuvées Spéciales. This aside, there probably was more disparity in Gigondas compared with the 2019s, the variation in picking dates contributing to the difference in the ripeness...
