A blind tasting of de luxe champagnes

These notes are all as taken while I was blind tasting a range of 19 de luxe champagnes and six distinctly assorted rosés, whites before pinks, in order to choose some to serve on British Airways first class – hence the slight stream of consciousness style. I have re-ordered the notes according to my score with my favourite wines at the top, my least favourites at the bottom.
