Jancis writes I’m frequently asked how often I can tell whether a wine is made from organically grown grapes or not. The answer is more or less never. But the same is not true of wines from biodynamically grown vineyards. I do find that the latter often have an extra dimension of vitality, sometimes even have a complex bouquet of wild-flower aromas, or at least a cocktail of rather wild vegetation.
