Four 2022 Priorat wines from ÁLVARO PALACIOS

An especially impressive range from Bierzo and Priorat despite the brutally hot, dry 2022 vintage, plus an eye-opening Rioja.

Álvaro Palacios is one of Spain’s most famous winemakers, so the arrival of the new vintage wines from Bierzo, Rioja and Priorat was a notable occasion. Berry Bros & Rudd held the UK launch tasting at their Sussex Cellar tasting room on Wednesday 22 March, with Álvaro and his nephew Ricardo Pérez pouring the wines.
