Bordeaux 2012 – AC Bordeaux and Côtes

For the 42 wines described below, generalisations are even more difficult than in general for the troubled 2012 Bordeaux vintage because the wines come from such different parts of the very large Bordeaux region. Even the more specific Côtes appellations are quite widely scattered, from Premières Côtes in the north, on the opposite side of the Gironde estuary from Pauillac and St-Julien, over to Castillon, east of St-Émilion.
