Bertrand Ambroise, Bourgogne Rouge 2003 15 Drink 2005-07

Very dark purplish crimson. Slightly rustic nose with definite CO2. A bit tarted up. The tannins are too severe for the fruit.

A bit heavy, thick and flabby. Stewed, but comforting.

Dominated by oak. Quite thick, sweet and seductive. Dry finish.
