Louis-Michel Liger-Belair has not only upgraded the vineyards and cellars, he has also created something akin to a gentleman's club in his offices and tasting room in the extensive grounds of the Château de Vosne-Romanée. It is all very different from the much more down-to-earth premises of the Lafarge family in Volnay. Below Frédéric Lafarge shows off his new Lafarge Vial Fleurie.
