Sylvain Pataille advises this domaine, now in the hands of Chantal Tortochot, who says her production of domaine bottled-wine has increased sixfold since she stopped selling her Gevrey to négociant Joseph Drouhin – a familiar Burgundy story.
At least two T domaines are run by women, Tortochot in Gevrey-Chambertin and Cécile Tremblay in Morey-St-Denis.
