Ch Latour winemaker fired

‘The other Frédéric’ at Ch Latour, winemaker Frédéric Ardouin, has been fired, president Frédéric Engerer told me yesterday. “He will not be replaced. I want to get my hands dirty, and I want the wine to be produced by a team rather than an individual. We have a great team anyway and there are already signs that they are blossoming since Frédéric’s departure.”
