Clos Ste Hune with bottle age

Purple Pager Graham Nutter, owner of the Minervois property Ch St Jacques d'Albas, bought a collection of various vintages of Alsace's iconic Clos Ste Hune Riesling, Trimbach's most famous wine, some years ago.

Fortunately for me, he kept them in the Languedoc and knew that I, a neighbour in summertime, am a huge fan. So he arranged to open them up en masse in a vertical tasting to which he invited us last month when we were in the Languedoc (see what I drank on my holidays).
