Below is a collection of tasting notes on wines made mainly by biodynamic wine producers, and certainly by those practising minimal intervention in the cellar. When our managing editor Tara Q Thomas read this list of producers she got quite excited, recognising many names that are currently fashionable in the US, or at least in Brooklyn, where she lives.
