Last year the elite group of Spanish wine producers Grandes Pagos de España celebrated its 20th anniversary.
It is very clear about its objectives: excellence in terms of wine quality, education of its members, exchange of knowledge between members and their sustainability credentials.
The association claims that they constantly taste members’ wines to ensure they are up to scratch. Each new vintage is subjected to a blind tasting by an external committee and has to earn at least 16 points of out 20...
