Heston, grouse and Uruguay

One of the people who came to dinner last night just emailed to ask for details of one of the wines we served. As I wrote out the list I thought I'd share it with you as it was a much more eclectic and revealing line-up than I usually choose.

We'd invited people for 8 but some wires must have got crossed because Heston Blumenthal turned up on our doorstep rather breathless at 7.30 apologising for being half an hour late.
