Krug Grande Cuvée continued

Last October I reported on a blind tasting in London of notable non vintage-dated champagnes in which Krug Grande Cuvée did not shine. In the previous March I had tasted the Grande Cuvée that was being released in the UK with the new cream label, and had re-tasted the Grande Cuvée available in the UK a month or so after the October tasting. On all three occasions I found it very tight and inexpressive, as though it were younger than the usual releases of this often-extraordinary wine.
This was a huge disappointment as I am usually a great fan...
