How do we ensure the longevity and health of vines, and how might our attitude to vineyards contribute to a bigger picture of sustainability?
Two sessions addressed these questions. The first, ‘The biosphere of the vine’, focused on the vine, the second, ‘Future-wise: wine’s roles and responsibilities in a changing world climate’, looked at the bigger picture.
