Yet another country is making better wine than ever.
In early April on a warm, sunny day in Mexico City while Nick and our friends marvelled at the inspired simplicity of architect Luis Barragán’s house, I spent five hours entombed in the well-lit but chilly wine cellar shown above.
It’s at the back of the first wine bar in the world run by the Belgium-based global wine competition Concours Mondial de Bruxelles*.
